"Always something decent to book"
I really like the mix of shows at Birmingham Hippodrome. There’s usually a musical, some dance thing, or a family show that I actually fancy seeing, which is good because I get bored quickly scrolling through endless listings. Thankfully it’s easy enough to see what’s coming up without faffing about. Overall, the programming is really solid.

"Had such a nice visit to Birmingham Hippodrome…"
Had such a nice visit to Birmingham Hippodrome. The staff were so, so helpful. We weren’t quite sure where we were meant to go, and instead of just pointing us in the right direction, one of the team actually walked us over, which was really appreciated. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and patient, patient even with how busy it was. It just made the whole night feel a lot easier and more relaxed. Thanks again.

"Such a Warm, Lively Spot"
I really liked the atmosphere here. It felt warm and full of energy, busy enough to feel exciting but not so packed that it was overwhelming. The staff were friendly, and there was such a nice buzz in the place before the show started. I left feeling really happy we’d chosen to come here, i’d go back in a heartbeat.

"Really easy for my mum to get around"
Took my mum there and it was easy. The staff helped us really quick, and the lifts and seats were all easy enough for her to use. Made the whole thing a lot less stressful

"Parking was no big deal"
I went to the Hippodrome last week and thought parking was going to be a hassle, but it ended up being super easy. Found a car park really close by, walked over in a couple of minutes, and that was it. Definitely made the night feel way more relaxed.

"Easy enough to get there, wish leaving was smoother"
Getting there by public transport was actually easy, and the walk from the station was fine. I kind of regret not planning the way back a bit better though, because coming out after the show was a hassle. The roads were really busy and figuring out the right bus stop was more confusing than I expected. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could’ve been smoother

"Quicker Than I Expected"
I thought I was going to be stuck there forever with how many people were around, and for a minute I did feel kind of trapped in the crowd. But the staff kept the line moving really well, and I ended up getting in way faster than I expected. It was surprisingly calm overall

"Security was Quick and easy"
Went in last night and the security was smooth. The staff were polite, checked bags quickly, and there wasn’t any fuss or Loads of waiting around. Felt safe, but not like they were going over the top with it. A good start to the evening.

"Surprisingly Comfortable Seats"
I was kind of suspicious at first because theater seats usually look fine and then end up being awful halfway through. But these were actually comfy enough for the whole show, and the leg room was better than I expected. I didn’t feel cramped at all, which was a nice surprise.

"Good Prices, No Hassle"
The prices were good and I didn’t run into any issues. Some places make things more complicated than they need to be, which feels totally avoidable, but that wasn’t the case here. No complaints from me.

"Great view from the circle"
Sat in the circle and had a really clear view of the whole stage. No heads blocking anything, which made it so much easier to just relax and enjoy the show. I’m always a bit wary of customer service when they tell you a seat has a “good view,” but this one actually lived up to it.

"Went to the Hippodrome last week the toilets…"
Went to the Hippodrome last week the toilets were better than I expected. They were clean, properly stocked, and even during the interval the queue moved quickly. The signs were easy to follow too, so there was no awkward wandering around trying to find them. It’s a small thing, but it definitely made the whole night feel a lot smoother.

"A little muffled at times"
Well... overall it’s okay, but the sound can be a bit muffled sometimes. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but I do notice it here and there...

"Such a good night"
Went to see a show here and, it was just really good. The cast were brilliant, like... you could tell they were giving it everything. The whole production looked really polished too, not over the top, just properly well done. Sound was clear as well, which I always notice because if you miss half the lines it kind of ruins it. Anyway, had a great night and I’d definitely book another show here

Went to the Hippodrome last week the bar was better than I thought it would be. The queue looked long at first, so I assumed we’d be standing there ages like you usually do at theatres, but it actually moved quickly. The staff were friendly too and didn’t make us feel rushed, even though it was clearly busy. Drinks were decent, and the little ice cream tubs at the interval were a good call. Prices were pretty much what I expected for a theatre, not exactly cheap, but fair enough. I’d definitely grab drinks there again next time.

"So easy to get around, even on a busy night"
I went to Birmingham Hippodrome last week with my sister, finding our way around was really straightforward. The signs were clear from the moment we walked in, and we found the toilets, our seats, and the bars without any hassle, even though it was busy. There were staff around if we needed help, but we barely had to ask anything. It made the whole evening feel much more relaxed, which was great because we just wanted to enjoy the night.

"Pretty fair deal overall"
I thought the tickets were priced fairly, at least compared to what I was expecting. The seats had a decent view too, not amazing, but definitely good enough. I guess I could wonder if there were better seats for the same price, but it felt like we got our money’s worth. No real complaints.

"Really easy booking experience..."
Booked tickets on Birmingham Hippodrome it was super straightforward... picking seats was easy, payment went through without any issues, and the confirmation email came through pretty much straight away. No hassle at all... I'd definitely use it again

"Was ok but kinda messy"
The toilets were okay overall, but the floors were a bit sticky and the bins were full, so it felt kinda messy in there. Not terrible, just could’ve been cleaner.

"Convenient location, but I’d probably skip driving next time"
I booked it mainly because it looked central, and to be fair, if you’re coming in by train it’s a good spot. It wasn’t far from New Street and I found it without much hassle. I did drive though, which I know probably wasn’t the smartest choice for that area, but I had a few things with me so it made sense at the time. The traffic nearby was a bit stressful, and the parking ended up costing more than I’d planned for. Once I was actually there it was fine, but getting in and out was more of a hassle than I expected.
